| I am currently looking for a few select clients in the state of NEBRASKA that need help with mental illness / life issues. I will come directly to you for your first session if you live anywhere in the State of Nebraska. I am also able to provide treatment online for *some* disorders without meeting you in person. I am currently in the process of positioning myself to accept insurance and will work with you to get your sessions for AS LITTLE as possible. I am willing to work on a sliding scale for individuals that do not have insurance, or, that have insurance I do not accept. I am willing in most cases to work for the same “copay” that your insurance would require. I have worked with individuals whom have a primary diagnosis of a Pervasive Developmental Disability (i.e. Autism Spectrum Disorders, Asperger’s Disorder, etc) since 2010, many of whom also have some form of major mental illness. I also have significant experience in a long term residential treatment center focusing on dual diagnosis (substance abuse/dependence + major mental illness). I am confident and comfortable working with a diverse range of issues, but no one can be an expert at everything. I will do the research necessary to ensure that you get the most cutting edge treatment available in the mental health market today… Bottom line ~ I will help you if I can. _____________________________________

Hi i have a step daughter who out of the blue have accused me of something terrible but this is not the 1st time she has accused me and somebody else and on those other 2 seperate occasions have found out to be a lie, plus her real father has been diagnosed with this disorder along with paranoid schiophrenia and ocd so i was wondering if someone could help me and my step daughter please
Mark – sorry for the delay in the response. I have been up to my eyebrows in books attempting to prepare myself to answer questions like the one you asked. At this time I am wholly unable to answer that question as a “therapist” or a “clinical counselor.” The best I can offer is friendship- and an ear.
Understand – at this point I am not a therapist. However, if you would like, feel free to send me an email and I would chat about this. If you prefer and are comfortable, share it publicly – but I have to cordially ask that you change names to protect the confidentiality and anonymity of anyone you would be discussing if you decide to take the public option.
I can help, now.

Hello!
I am a psychotherapy intern (seeking a Marriage & Family Therapy credential) in SF’s Bay Area. I am always interested in learning about–and from–students in other states. As such, I look forward to reading you posts.
Best!
Alison Panko
Very nice to meet you Alison. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance!
